No returns unless the merchandise is defective or damaged. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Damaged items that are unused can be exchanged for the same thing. If you are eligible for an exchange, please send an email and pictures of damages to Info@ariyahscollection.com

All orders are shipped via USPS and take 3-5 business days. Special orders will require an additional processing time and will take 5-7 business days to ship. Once the item(s) are shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
